The customer will be able to search for an Order using either the Order Number allocated or their internal Purchase Order Number. By leaving the Order Number blank, the system will present ALL order placed by this client from which they may select a specific Order.

A 'Single Search' offers simplicity and reduced usage of real estate. A 'Combined Search', while more complex, will potentially reduce your customer's search time for their Order.

A number of elements may be selected as search items for your users, for example:

•	Sales/Purchase Order Number
•	Date Range

Users will have the ability to view Orders by Order Number or PO Number. This page has the ability to be broken up or viewed in its entirety if the user chooses to do so.

•	Basic Status • Open • Closed (Fully shipped)
•	Standard Status • In Progress (Pause or Cr. Hold) • Open • Partially Shipped • Closed (Fully shipped)
•	Deluxe Status • Order Processing (Pause or Cr. Hold) • Pre Production • In Production (Pick/Pack List Gen.) • Delivery (Partially shipped) • Accounting (Fully shipped)

Status fields are represented both graphically and in text format.

Orders may be sorted by Purchase or Sales Order Number.

Many data elements may be displayed on your Order Listing report. We suggest, when configuring this report, try not to pick more than 5, the header section of the Order Detail status may be a more appropriate section for the display of these variables. Some examples of items available:

•	Order Number/Order date
•	PO Number/PO Date
•	Order Status
•	Required Date/Promise Date
•	Region / Branch

The Order Details page is composed of two sections. The header section typically displays the Billing Address, Shipping Address, and reiterates information from the Order List report. The paging section covers Parts Ordered, Prices, Quantities and Dates. The ship Quantity field will have a URL which will display further shipping details and tracking information.
