PROIV Support launches online helpdesk

New online PROIV Support Desk gives customers the ability to create new cases and to track the progress of their existing cases.

In order to better support our customers PROIV experience, NorthgateArinso has opened up access to its PROIV Helpdesk. Customers will be able to track the status of Support Cases they have reported, as well any other Support Cases reported by their company associates.

Customers will also be able to use the Online PROIV Helpdesk to report new Support Cases and to add updates to existing ones.

Logins have been sent to all existing customer contacts and the PROIV Support teams are able to create new logins for any other customers that need access to the PROIV Helpdesk.

The US Support team have created a short video that demonstrates how to use the PROIV Online Helpdesk. It is available on the PROIV Inc YouTube channel

We have also created an FAQ and discussion forum section at http://forum.proiv.com. Once there, visit the Online Helpdesk sub-forum for related questions and answers. If these don't answer your specific questions, please create a new thread and we will answer it as soon as possible.
